i guess everything has its own pros and cons but talking about this thing i guess i would add more cons than pros..highly harmful...

Every athlete wants to succeed, to become famous and rich. Some of them do it through hard work others look for alternative. I'm sure they are able to buy steroids online that are not yet detectable by usual doping tests. Since no one can really stop them from using them, at least allow all of them to use performance enhancing drugs. This way they will all have the same chances.
