Good description Hammer! You forgot to mention the "police siren" and the football players (on the field) skits!
I was doing a search of Whitehall stuff and found this article.

Hey Steve, good to hear from you. I've been writing this blog from about a year now, working as a photojournalist in NH. My son, Brandon is "Hammer" II. As a freshman, he's a little bigger that I was as a senior.

Not sure the voice box could do those sirens again. Sure was fun doing those from the benches on Main Street, watching the drivers hit the brakes!

    Take Care!

Now there's no more "nerd" day Homecoming week, even in small town Whitehall. (someone might be offended.)
(We could even bring our rifles into school for Hunters safety)
The experience of growing up in a small town, woudn't trade it if I could.

    (Hi, Pete)
He's bigger than YOU were? Holy christ! I remember absorbing some of your hits. Gosh, he must be a bear on the football field. Or maybe he doesn't play? But, the memories of those sports are still strong in my mind, too. That's what's so fun about seeing some of those same things in others.
Do you remember the skits that I'm talking about? "Black head, black heads, squeeze a zit. Rivermen, Rivermen .............. That was just ONE of them.
That siren was TO COOL. But, I would imagine vocal chords go, too, as we get older.
Also, by what I've seen, you're work is first rate!

    Take care,

    Steve
